Our commitment
Full Blast Labs Inc. is committed to doing business with integrity, treating people with respect and complying with the law wherever we operate. This Code of Conduct sets out the standards we hold ourselves to and what clients, partners and the public can expect from us.
The Code applies to all of our employees, officers and directors, and to contractors and consultants when they act on our behalf.
Our work is guided by four values:
- Integrity — we are honest in what we say, sell and report.
- Respect — we treat colleagues, clients and partners with dignity, in person and online.
- Accountability — we own our decisions and speak up when something is wrong.
- Care — we protect people's safety, information and the communities we work in.
A safe, respectful and accessible workplace
- Health and safety. We comply with Ontario's Occupational Health and Safety Act, including for people working remotely, and everyone is expected to work safely and report hazards.
- No harassment, violence or discrimination. We do not tolerate workplace violence, harassment, sexual harassment or discrimination, whether in person or online.
- Equal opportunity. In line with the Ontario Human Rights Code, we make employment decisions on merit and accommodate needs related to protected grounds, such as disability, religion and family status.
- Accessibility. We meet the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act in how we hire, support employees and serve customers.
Integrity in how we do business
- No bribery or corruption. We never offer, give, request or accept bribes, kickbacks or improper benefits, whether dealing with businesses or public officials, in Canada or abroad. We comply with the Criminal Code and the Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act.
- Gifts and hospitality. Any gift or hospitality we give or receive must be modest, infrequent and never intended to influence a business decision.
- Conflicts of interest. Our people disclose and manage any personal interest that could conflict with their duties to the company or to our clients.
- Fair competition. We compete on the merits and comply with the Competition Act. We do not fix prices, divide markets or rig bids.
- Honest marketing. Our claims about our products and services, including any environmental claims, are truthful and supported by evidence.
- Accurate records. We keep complete and accurate financial and business records.
Protecting information and privacy
- Client confidentiality. We protect our clients' and partners' confidential information and intellectual property, and use it only for the purpose it was shared.
- Personal information. We collect, use and disclose personal information only for legitimate purposes and with appropriate consent, in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
- Security. We safeguard our systems and data, and act promptly to contain and address any privacy or security incident.
- Responsible use of technology. We do not put client confidential information or personal information into AI tools without the client's agreement, and we check AI-assisted work before relying on it.
Responsible business
- Environment. We comply with environmental laws and look for practical ways to reduce waste, energy use and emissions.
- Human rights. We reject forced labour, child labour and all forms of modern slavery in our operations and supply chain.
- Suppliers and partners. We choose our suppliers, contractors and partners carefully and expect them to share these standards. This includes acting lawfully and ethically, treating their workers fairly and safely, and refusing bribery. We may end a relationship with anyone who does not.
- Political neutrality. We do not use company funds or resources for political contributions or campaigns.
Raising a concern
Anyone, including employees, clients, suppliers and members of the public, can raise a concern about possible misconduct or a breach of this Code by emailing ethics@fullblastlabs.com.
If your concern involves company leadership, or you would rather raise it outside the company, you can contact the relevant authority directly: the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (workplace safety and harassment), the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (discrimination), the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (privacy) or the Competition Bureau (competition and advertising).
We review every report and look into it promptly and fairly, using an independent investigator where appropriate. We keep the information as confidential as we can, and we do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith or helps with an investigation.
Breaches of this Code are taken seriously and may lead to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or of a business relationship.
This Code is reviewed at least once a year. Last updated: October 2025.
